Job summary

Broadcom Software is seeking a Solution Engineer – Remote to function as a ValueOps Domain Specialist. You will translate customer business requirements into portfolio management and agile solution designs, delivering value through strategic engagements with large enterprise customers.

You will collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Services to ensure alignment of technology, architecture, and roadmaps while growing adoption in assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 12+ years in technology or business fields.
• Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience accepted.
• Strong customer-facing and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform value alignment with strategic customers and stakeholders.
• Build relationships across IT and business silos; document portfolio needs.
• Lead adoption activities and manage account opportunities.
• Direct cross-functional teams and ensure solution consistency.
• Deliver demos and value proofs for PPM and Agile solutions.
• Present roadmaps and collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Services.
