Job summary

Broadcom Software is seeking a Solution Engineer – Remote to act as a senior Domain Specialist. You will translate client business requirements into system designs, drive value with ValueOps portfolio & agile management solutions, and lead engagements in large enterprise customers within your territory.

You will collaborate with Sales, R&D and Services, perform demos and value proofs, and present adoption roadmaps while maintaining strong customer relationships and a focus on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with 10+ years related experience in tech or business.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into software solutions and roadmaps.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe) and enterprise portfolio management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead value adoption activities with enterprise customers and partnerships.
• Demonstrate solutions and value realisation through PPM and Agile offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services and Management to ensure alignment across solutions.
• Maintain account opportunity, engagement and adoption data across assigned customers.
• Coordinate with domain team members for cross-pollination and learning.
