Job summary
Broadcom Software is seeking a Solution Engineer – Remote to collaborate with large enterprise customers, translating business needs into portfolio management and agile solutions. You will lead value-driven engagements, demos, and adoption activities, expanding relationships with IT and business stakeholders across accounts.
You’ll work with Broadcom Software’s ValueOps division, leveraging Clarity, Planview, Jira, ServiceNow and Apptio, while mentoring teams and guiding deployments in complex
Qualifications
- Have a bachelor’s and 12+ years of related experience or master’s degree and 10+ years of experience in a technology or business related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Perform value alignment with strategic customers.
- Build relationships across IT and business silos to understand portfolio management and agile transformation.
- Act as a resource in early customer decision-making stages.
- Identify and lead adoption activities with key customers.
- Maintain account opportunity, engagement and adoption information.
- Direct team members within assigned accounts.
- Maintain understanding of Agile Operations Division capabilities across the portfolio.
- Perform demos and value proofs for PPM and Agile solutions.
- Present solution and adoption roadmaps to customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services and Management for cross-solution consistency.
- Collaborate with domain colleagues for cross-pollination and 360-degree understanding.
- Contribute to account marketing activities.
