Job summary

Broadcom Software is seeking a Solution Engineer – Remote to drive value for large enterprise customers through portfolio management and agile management solutions. You will translate business requirements into technical designs, lead engagements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and adoption of Broadcom's ValueOps portfolio.

The role emphasizes strategic and tactical engagement, demos, and roadmap presentations within a flexible remote work model.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of related experience or master’s degree and 10+ years in a technology or business field.
• Eager and willing to understand our customers ‘why’
• Skills to shift customer from relationship to partnership
• Strong background with PPM, FinOps, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, and Agile management solutions such as Clarity, Planview, Jira, ServiceNow, Apptio
• Understanding of Agile frameworks, such as SAFe
• Ability to translate business problems into software solutions
• Ability to document business requirements and translate them into working applications
• Broad understanding of business and IT management
• Strong presentation and demo skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform value alignment with strategic customers
• Build relationships across IT and business silos to understand portfolio management and agile transformation
• Lead adoption activities with key customers
• Maintain account opportunity, engagement and adoption information
• Direct team members within assigned accounts
• Maintain understanding of ValueOps capabilities and related tools
• Perform product demos and value proofs for PPM and Agile solutions
• Present solution and adoption roadmaps to customers
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services and Management for consistent solutions across accounts
