Job summary
Broadcom Software is seeking a Solution Engineer – Remote to partner with large enterprise customers, translating business needs into value-driven solutions across portfolio management and Agile practices. You will lead strategic engagements, demonstrate value, and guide adoption of ValueOps and related tools within your territory.
You will collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services and Management to ensure alignment, drive customer success, and deliver compelling demos and roadmaps while balancing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree with 10+ years in tech or business disciplines.
- Experience shifting customers from relationship to partnership.
- Strong background in PM, FinOps, and Agile tools (Clarity, Planview, Jira, ServiceNow, Apptio).
- Understanding of SAFe and Agile frameworks.
- Ability to translate business problems into software solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform value alignment with strategic customers.
- Build relationships across IT and business silos to document portfolio management and agile transformations.
- Identify and lead adoption activities with key customers.
- Maintain account opportunity, engagement and adoption information.
- Direct team members within assigned accounts.
- Demonstrate solutions and value for PPM and Agile offerings.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services and Management for alignment.
