Job summary

Broadcom Software is seeking a Solution Engineer – Remote to lead value realization for enterprise customers through ValueOps and agile management solutions. You will translate client requirements into system designs, demonstrate ROI through value-based engagements, and guide adoption across complex portfolios.

The role emphasizes senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and outcomes-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 12+ years of related experience or Master’s with 10+ years in tech or business.

Responsibilities

• Engage with large enterprise customers to align value with portfolio planning and agile management solutions.
• Build relationships across IT and business silos to understand portfolio management challenges and potential impacts of projects.
• Be an early trusted resource in customer decision processes during idea/concept stages.
• Lead adoption activities with key customers and maintain opportunity/engagement data.
• Direct team members within assigned accounts and understand Broadcom Software capabilities across the portfolio.
• Conduct demos and proofs of value for PPM and Agile solutions and present adoption roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management for cross-solution synergy and roadmaps.
• Foster cross-territory collaboration and contribute to account marketing activities.
