Job summary

Broadcom Software is seeking a Solution Engineer – Domain Specialist to work remotely in the United States. You will collaborate with large enterprise clients to translate business requirements into portfolio management and agile solutions, deliver demos, and drive adoption within strategic accounts.

You will build relationships across stakeholders, lead engagements, and present roadmaps while leveraging tools like Clarity, Planview, Jira, and Apptio to enable value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of related experience or Master’s degree and 10+ years in a technology or business related discipline.
• Strong background with Project & Portfolio Management, FinOps, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, and Agile management solutions such as Clarity, Planview, Jira, ServiceNow, Apptio and others.
• Ability to understand customer business problems and translate them into software solutions.
• Ability to interact with business users to discuss and document business requirements, and translate those requirements into a working application.

Responsibilities

• Perform value alignment with strategic customers.
• Build relationships across customer IT and business silos to understand and share knowledge of portfolio management and agile transformation.
• Identify and lead adoption activities with key customers.
• Maintain account opportunity, engagement and adoption information.
• Manage and direct team members within assigned accounts.
• Present solution and adoption roadmaps to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management to ensure synergy across solutions.
