Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division is seeking a Solution Engineer – Remote to drive value realization for large enterprise customers. You will translate business requirements into actionable portfolio and agile management solutions and lead engagements across customer teams.

You will collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management to ensure aligned roadmaps and successful adoption, while building relationships with senior leaders in Fortune 2000 accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and 12+ years of related experience or Master’s with 10+ years in tech or business disciplines.
• Experience with enterprise software management and portfolio management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform value alignment with strategic customers and document their portfolio needs.
• Lead adoption activities and maintain account opportunity, engagement and adoption data.
• Demonstrate and present solution roadmaps and value propositions to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services and Management to ensure alignment across solutions.
• Direct and mentor team members within assigned accounts.
