Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division is seeking a Solution Engineer – Remote to act as a senior Domain Specialist, translating customer business requirements into portfolio management and agile solutions.

You will lead value alignment with enterprise customers, build cross-functional relationships, and drive adoption while collaborating with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management to ensure consistent solutions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years’ experience or Master’s degree with 10+ years in technology or business.

Responsibilities

• Perform value alignment with strategic customers.
• Build relationships across customer's IT and business silos to understand and document portfolio management and agile challenges.
• Act as a valued resource in early customer decision-making.
• Identify and lead adoption activities with key customers.
• Maintain account opportunity, engagement and adoption information.
• Direct team members within assigned accounts.
• Maintain understanding of Agile Operations Division capabilities and products.
• Perform demos and proofs of value for PPM and Agile solutions.
• Present solution and adoption roadmaps to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management to ensure cross-solution synergy.
• Collaborate with domain peers to ensure cross-pollination and 360-degree understanding.
• Contribute to account marketing activities.
