Broadcom Software is seeking a Solution Engineer (Domain Specialist) to partner with our largest enterprise customers. You will translate business requirements into portfolio management, agile transformation and technical solutions across PPM, FinOps and related domains.

In this senior role, you’ll conduct value alignments, lead adoption activities, present roadmaps, and collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management to ensure consistent solutions across accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years in technology or business disciplines.
• Strong portfolio management, Agile/SAFe experience and enterprise software exposure.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions for large-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Perform value alignment with strategic customers.
• Build relationships across IT and business silos.
• Lead adoption activities and present roadmaps.
• Demonstrate value via demos and proof of value for PPM/Agile.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management for alignment.
• Manage and direct team members within assigned accounts.
