Job summary
Broadcom Software is seeking a senior Solution Engineer (ValueOps Domain Specialist) to work remotely with Fortune 2000 customers. You will translate business requirements into portfolio management and Agile solutions, lead strategic engagements, demonstrate value, and drive adoption across large accounts.
You will collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Services to ensure aligned roadmaps and successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in technology or business disciplines with a bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with a master’s degree.
- Ability to translate customer business problems into software solutions.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic engagements with large enterprise customers for ValueOps and Agile solutions.
- Perform demos and value proof activities for PPM and Agile offerings.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, R&D, and Services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through the decision process.
- Define adoption plans and track account opportunities and usage metrics.
