Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division is seeking a Global Solution Architect for ValueOps to work remotely with major enterprises. The role focuses on driving adoption, growth, and new sales of Broadcom’s enterprise solutions within a defined customer set, collaborating with regional sales teams and solution engineers.

Ideal candidates bring extensive IT experience, a track record of exceeding quotas, and the ability to influence C‑level executives while delivering measurable business

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years in IT with 10+ in enterprise IT/domain expertise.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship building.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Project & Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, Tokenomics, and Agile.
• Proven sales targets achievement and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales discussions and address client questions and objections.
• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor for software needs.
• Direct Solution Engineer teams to align implementation with strategy.
• Provide product demonstrations and solution presentations during pre-sales.
• Engage with prospective clients to capture technical requirements and business objectives.
