Job summary

Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division seeks a seasoned Global Solution Architect to drive value-based sales of ValueOps solutions in a remote role. You will partner with regional sales teams and solution engineers to expand adoption, growth and new sales within a defined customer set, delivering business value and strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes long-term value creation, cross-functional leadership, and collaboration with C-level executives. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years in IT industry and 10 years in domain expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in Project & Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, Tokenomics, and Agile
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Ability to articulate and present to technical and executive stakeholders
• Willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales discussions with clients and executives.
• Engage in pre-sales activities including product demonstrations and solution presentations.
• Coordinate with Solution Engineering and partners to align strategy with outcomes.
• Develop actionable blueprints and drive value creation for customers.
• Publish insights and support WinWire creation with success data points.
