Job summary

Broadcom Software’s Agile Operations Division seeks a Global Solution Architect for ValueOps. You will partner with regional sales and solution engineering to drive adoption, growth and new sales of our enterprise ValueOps solutions into key existing customers, with remote work flexibility.

The role requires deep IT experience, high-level strategic design, and strong leadership of solution engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of 20 years in the IT industry overall.
• Have at least 10 years in your specific domain of enterprise IT.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Project & Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, Tokenomics, and Agile.
• Excellent communication with technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design high‑level strategy for customers in their domain.
• Create actionable blueprints aligned to customer needs.
• Lead solution engineering teams or partners to ensure outcome alignment.
• Publish materials and share success stories to drive engagements.
• Maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Participate in post‑sales discussions for smooth transitions to implementation.
• Travel as necessary to support customers.
