Wrike, the leading work management platform, seeks a Senior Business Value Consultant to own value cases for Commercial and Enterprise accounts, guiding initiatives from discovery through ROI validation. You will build business cases to justify Wrike investments, partner with Sales, Solution Consulting, CS, and Professional Services, and help drive net revenue retention and account expansion.
The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, executive presentation, and designing scalable value
Qualificações
- 5+ Years of Industry Experience in value consulting or strategy
- Experience leading enterprise engagements from discovery to renewal
- Ability to run ROI analyses and business case development for SaaS
- Strong communication with C-level executives and cross-functional teams
- Experience with GTM enablement and customer lifecycle ownership
Responsabilidades
- Lead new business and account expansion through value-led strategies
- Build rigorous ROI models and ROI analyses tailored to customer drivers
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Consulting, CS, and Professional Services
- Develop baselines, dashboards, and value realization metrics
- Provide product feedback and shape customer-facing value narratives
