Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking a senior Value Consulting professional to partner with cross-functional teams on customer interviews and workshops, identify and quantify business drivers, and deliver executive-level financial business cases to support customer decision-making.

You will enable the sales organization on Value Management, collaborate on pricing and bids, and ensure smooth handoffs to Client Services and Customer Success post-deal, with travel up to 40% and flexibility for remote work

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in Management and/or Value Consulting with a Bachelor's; or 4 years and a Master's; or a PhD with 2 years
• Experience with Public Sector or Financial Services is a plus
• Strong analytical, spreadsheet and problem solving skills
• Experience in Sales, Solution Engineering, Strategy Consulting, or Customer Success
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist cross-functional teams in customer interviews and workshops as part of Value Assessments
• Identify, prioritize and quantify key business drivers to describe how solutions address challenges
• Drive and present executive-level financial business cases to support buying decisions
• Enable the sales organization on Value Management principles and tools
• Collaborate on proposal pricing and winning bids
• Ensure smooth handoff of outcomes and success metrics after deals
• Collect industry metrics to establish trends
