Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking a Senior Value Consultant to directly engage in sales pursuits, delivering business value and robust financial justifications for Workiva solutions. The role influences medium to large pursuits and advises the sales team on value principles for consistency across engagements.

Responsibilities include leading value assessments, developing executive-level presentations with business cases, and enabling the sales organization on value management. Travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Management and/or Value Consulting with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist cross-functional teams in customer interviews and workshops as part of Value Assessments.
• Pursue, identify and quantify key business drivers (metrics) to describe how Workiva solutions will help solve challenges.
• Drive production and assist in delivering executive-level presentations with financial business cases for customer buying decisions.
• Assist the sales enablement of Value Management principles and tools.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Desk to produce proposal pricing and winning bids.
• Ensure handoff of outcomes, current state and success measures to post-deal teams.
• Collect and measure industry metrics to establish trends and benchmarking.
