Workiva Inc. seeks a seasoned Value Consultant to collaborate with cross-functional teams on customer interviews, quantify business drivers, and deliver compelling executive-level financial analyses.

You’ll help enable the sales force and craft winning proposals, then ensure smooth handoff of outcomes and metrics after deals close. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, presentation excellence, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, with up to 40% travel and potential remote work

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 years in Management and/or Value Consulting with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years and a Master’s; or a PhD with 2 years.
• Experience in Public Sector or Financial Services is a plus.
• Governance, Risk, and Compliance experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, spreadsheet and creative problem solving skills.
• Strong acumen and efficiency in presentation and document development.

Responsabilidades

• Assist cross-functional teams in customer interviews and workshops as part of Value Assessments.
• Identify and quantify key business drivers to describe how solutions solve outcomes.
• Deliver executive level presentations with financial business cases to support buying decisions.
• Assist enablement of the sales organization on Value Management principles and tools.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Desk to produce proposal pricing and winning bids.
• Ensure smooth handoff of outcomes and success metrics to Client Services and Customer Success post-deal.
• Collect and measure key industry metrics to establish trends and benchmarking.
