Job summary

Workiva seeks a Senior Value Consultant to drive revenue through direct engagement in sales pursuits, shaping value arguments and business cases for our Workiva solution.

You will influence medium to large pursuits and advise the sales team on value principles to ensure consistency across deals and outcomes. This role emphasizes strong analytical and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management and/or value consulting with a bachelor's degree; or 4 years and a Master's; or a PhD with 2 years.
• PhD holders with 2+ years' experience acceptable.
• Experience in Public Sector or Financial Services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist cross-functional teams in customer interviews/workshops as part of Value Assessments.
• Identify, prioritize and quantify key business drivers to describe how our solutions solve challenges and align to outcomes.
• Drive executive level presentations with financial business cases to support customer buying decisions.
• Assist the enablement of the sales organization on Value Management principles and tools.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Desk to produce proposal pricing and winning bids.
• Ensure handoff of desired outcomes, current state, and success measures to Client Services and Customer Success after a deal.
• Collect and measure key industry metrics to establish trends and benchmarks.
