You will blend consulting, program management, and technical execution to deliver measurable ROI across supply chain, commercial, finance and clinical R&D. Work with Lead and Principal VEs to orchestrate complex roadmaps, manage stakeholders up to the C-suite, and champion platform adoption while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ownership of complex workstreams and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success, or Pre-Sales.
• Solid background in enterprise IT and business software with AI fluency.
• Able to drive multi-region transformation programs and secure VP/Director sponsorship.
• Fluent English with executive presence and strong communication capabilities.
• Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, or Clinical R&D domains in Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Uncover issues and own outcomes from discovery to realized ROI across process areas.
• Cultivate executive sponsorship up to C-suite and co-own change management.
• Steer global transformations and implement AI-driven account planning and project governance.
• Utilize AI tools to design rapid technical outputs and drive platform adoption.
• Build value strategies and expansion roadmaps with feedback to product/engineering.
