Celonis is recruiting a Senior Value Engineer to drive AI and data-driven transformation for Life Sciences on the Celonis Platform. You will work with Lead and Principal VEs to orchestrate complex roadmaps across supply chain, commercial, finance, and clinical R&D, using the Celonis Context Model to deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning complex workstreams and customer relationships in value engineering or related fields.
• AI-fluent operator utilizing copilots to generate outputs and automations.
• Proven ability to mobilize VP/Director-level sponsorship across regions or business units.

Responsibilities

• Value Selling & Realization: uncover real issues and own the ROI across process areas.
• Stakeholder Management: secure executive sponsorship up to C-suite and co-own change management.
• Program Management: lead AI-driven account planning and governance with minimal friction.
• Platform & AI Fluency: design solutions and drive platform adoption with engineering teams.
• Scale Value & Innovation: build value strategy and expansion roadmap for Celonis adoption.
