Ladders is seeking a Senior Value Consultant to join a leader in Consumer Technology. This remote US-based role offers a compensation range of $156,000–$255,000 annually and requires 6+ years in value consulting or 4 years with a Master’s, with PhD candidates also considered.

You will assist cross-functional teams in value assessments, develop business cases, and enable sales on value management. Local benefits and equal opportunity statements apply.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management and/or value consulting; or 4+ years with a Master's; or PhD with 2+ years.
• Experience in public sector or financial services preferred
• Governance, Risk, and Compliance experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Proficient in presentation and document development
• Results-driven with solid business acumen
• Experience in sales, solution engineering, strategy consulting, or customer success

Responsabilités

• Assist cross-functional teams in customer interviews and workshops for value assessments
• Identify and quantify key business drivers to align solutions with customer outcomes
• Deliver compelling executive presentations with financial business cases
• Enable sales teams on value management principles and tools
• Collaborate on proposal pricing and bids
• Ensure smooth handoff of customer outcomes to client services and customer success teams
• Collect and analyze industry metrics for trends and benchmarking
