You will manage staff, optimize workflows, maintain client relationships, and coordinate with hotel management and executives to deliver a seamless valet experience.

This role requires travel to sites, on-site supervision, and a focus on safety, staffing, and budget

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with supervisory experience in hospitality or parking.
• Leadership training or certifications are beneficial.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead valet operations across multiple locations and drive service quality.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance to ensure daily operations.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Monitor payroll and expenses with the Regional Director on cost control.
• Recruit, coach, and develop hourly team members for consistency.
