Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is hiring a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality, park and retrieve vehicles, and assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.

You will greet guests, explain parking procedures, manage tickets, and help guests with directions and reservations while delivering friendly, professional service. This role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and some related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work.
• One month related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and use guests' last names when possible.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide bell services as needed.
• Provide directions, arrange taxis or reservations, and relay information about facility amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue claim checks and manage keys and ticket information.
