Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park provides exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles promptly and safely. You will assist guests with luggage where applicable and ensure a friendly, efficient arrival and departure experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding them with directions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate ticket records in the valet system. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance.
• Work experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Read, write and communicate effectively in English; basic math and time concepts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and acknowledge them within five feet.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about the facility and nearby attractions.
• Explain parking rates and manage ticketing and revenue collection in the valet system.
• Maintain accurate ticket information and key tags, and ensure proper handling of vehicle keys.
