Job summary

Towne Park LLC is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure.

The role requires maintaining a friendly demeanor, addressing guests by last name, and handling inquiries about local amenities. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required, with a background in customer service preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable).
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English language; Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; Ability to write simple correspondence; Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization; Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s; ability to perform these operations using units of American money; Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems; Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed; Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable; Perform parallel parking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor, using guest last names.
• Provide proper Towne Park phone etiquette and assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with bell services and luggage storage, and open doors for guests.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures, manage ticket information and revenue, and ensure accuracy of keys and claim checks.
