Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate service for hotel guests and support the Account Manager. You will greet guests promptly, manage parking operations, and ensure courteous, professional interactions consistent with the site’s standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years of age, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass background checks and Wheelchair Safety Training. A strong guest‑facing attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+, pass background, MVR and drug screen.
• Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park.
• Six months related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Greet guests within 30 seconds and assist with parking and retrieval procedures.
• Lead by example to promote teamwork and coordinate schedules.
• Handle cash drops, tickets, and revenue reconciliation at shift end.
