Job summary

The Guest Service Captain at Towne Park delivers exceptional hospitality to hotel guests, working with the Account Manager to meet or exceed service standards. This role includes coordination, on-site decision-making when urgent, and guiding colleagues to provide aggressive hospitality.

Responsibilities include greeting guests promptly, assisting with door, parking and bell services, maintaining guest confidentiality, and reporting issues to management.

Qualifications

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, client staff members and coworkers.
• Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival to create favorable impressions.
• Assist with door opening, parking procedures, and bell services as needed.
• Lead by example to promote teamwork and high levels of guest service.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, client staff members and coworkers.
• Opens all vehicle and hotel doors for guests and explains parking procedures.
• Postures and maintains awareness of guest needs; assist with direction and reservations as required.
• Assist with schedule changes, coordinate with Account Manager, and help manage daily operations.
• Secure keys and manage guest folios and related ticket information in the valet system.
