Merck is seeking a Vaccine Customer Representative to support health care providers and systems with information on our vaccines, reimbursement assistance, and contract adherence. This role covers a defined geography, with travel as needed, and requires strong customer engagement and territory planning to improve immunization outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of sales experience OR a minimum of high school diploma with at least 6 years of equivalent experience in professional sales, marketing, military or healthcare/scientific fields.

Responsabilités

• Engage health care providers and professionals with vaccine product information in line with labeling and CDC guidance.
• Provide updates on customer needs, reimbursement, and contract performance to improve patient outcomes.
• Develop territory business plans to enhance immunization rates and drive contract performance across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with customer teams to outline strategies for interactions and relationships with key accounts.
