Merck seeks a Senior Pharmacy Vaccine Account Representative (VAR) to engage pharmacies, medical groups and physician offices across the Gulf Territory. This hybrid role blends remote engagements (60%) with live customer interactions (40%), with travel up to 50% for meetings and clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years pharma sales experience or equivalent
• Valid Driver's license
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsabilités

• Understand interdependencies within accounts and build long-term relationships through collaborative business planning.
• Maintain knowledge of contract terms and terms to optimize vaccine purchases and inventory.
• Establish and track account performance metrics and adjust plans accordingly.
• Apply knowledge of our vaccine portfolio to support standard of care and vaccination protocols.
• Manage customer supply, product transitions and back-order communications.
• Build trust with customers and demonstrate value to deliver high-quality engagements.
