Merck North Wales, PA is seeking a Pharmacy Vaccine Account Representative (VAR) to engage with pharmacies, medical groups, and physician offices across the Gulf Territory, supporting population health goals and vaccine programs.

As part of the Vaccine Account Team, you will work with local market teams to identify customer needs, align vaccines and offers, and drive outcomes while adhering to company policies and US regulations. Travel up to 75%, with remote engagements predominantly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years pharma sales experience or high school diploma with 6+ years in related experience.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Demonstrated aptitude to excel in current or previous roles.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Account management and contracting with healthcare customers.
• Build relationships and conduct reviews to discuss contracts and vaccine programs.
• Manage customer supply and back-order challenges.
• Collaborate with Field Sales to support customers and health outcomes.
• Segment and target customers to allocate resources and drive plans.
