Merck is seeking a Senior Customer Representative, Telesales VAR, to support Vaccine Account Team operations across the Gulf Territory. You will engage with pharmacies, medical groups and physician offices to align vaccines and services with population health goals.

The role combines remote work with travel up to 50% for live customer engagements and quarterly meetings, reporting to the CTL and collaborating with vaccine field teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of pharma sales or High school diploma with 6+ years in healthcare or related field.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts and contracting to maximize vaccine program opportunities.
• Assess contract terms and optimize vaccine purchases and inventory.
• Track performance metrics and adjust plans accordingly.
• Apply vaccine knowledge to develop standard of care and vaccination protocols.
• Coordinate with Field Sales teams to support customer engagement and outcomes.
• Conduct high-quality engagements to demonstrate value of vaccines and offers.
• Segment customers, prioritize opportunities, and allocate resources effectively.
• Communicate vaccine information and offers tailored to each customer.
