Merck & Co. in North Wales, PA is seeking a Pharmacy Vaccine Account Representative (VAR) to join the Vaccine Account Team.

The PVAR engages with pharmacies, medical groups and physician offices to advance population health and support vaccine programs while aligning with local market strategies. You will manage contracts, coordinate with field sales, monitor performance metrics, and provide clinical information and resources to healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years pharma sales experience, or high school diploma with 6+ years related experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Understand interdependencies within an account and maximize performance through collaborative business planning.
• Maintain knowledge of contract terms and optimize vaccine purchases and inventory.
• Establish and track account performance metrics and adjust plans accordingly.
• Provide knowledge of vaccine portfolio and clinical information to support vaccination protocols and patient care.
• Manage customer supply, product transitions, and back-order communications.
