Job summary

Storm2 is hiring a UX / Product Designer for a remote role in consumer FinTech. You will own end-to-end design from discovery to delivery, build a design system, and collaborate with Product and Engineering.

You will redesign customer journeys across web and mobile, create wireframes and high-fidelity assets in Figma, and influence product decisions in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on UX or product design experience.
• Advanced Figma skills with shipped products.
• Experience designing mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Track record owning customer journeys from discovery to delivery.
• Experience building or maintaining design systems.
• Ability to work directly with engineers and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead redesign and evolution of a customer-facing financial product across web and mobile.
• Own the refresh of the company’s design system.
• Review onboarding, journeys, payout, and account-management flows.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and production assets in Figma.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Marketing stakeholders.
• Support implementation with frontend engineers during sprints.
