Job summary

Fin, a next-generation payments platform, is seeking a Product Designer to own design end-to-end. You will serve as the sole full-time designer, collaborating daily with engineers and cofounders to translate ambiguous problems into clear, buildable designs.

You will maintain the design system, shape product decisions, and craft polished UI across web and mobile. Experience with research, branding, or marketing design is helpful but not required; comfort working in a fast-paced startup is

Qualifications

• Experience designing fintech or consumer/software with high UX standards.
• Ability to work independently from ambiguous briefs.
• Strong design system and prototyping skills.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and founders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve Fin’s design system across mobile and web.
• Shape product decisions with strong product thinking.
• Bring high craft to visual UI details.
• Move fast: prototype early concepts and shipped features.
