Job summary

WhiteTech, a remote-first fintech innovator, seeks a Senior Product Designer to craft FinTech products, flows, and large-scale design systems. You will shape UI across desktop and mobile, balancing business needs and technical constraints.

You will own complex features end-to-end, build and maintain design tokens and components, and collaborate with Product, Dev, QA. Proficiency in Figma and AI-enabled workflows is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience as a Senior Product Designer.
• Portfolio showing problem, role, constraints, decisions and results.
• Experience designing complex multi-step flows, dashboards and data-heavy interfaces.
• Ability to translate user needs into interface requirements.
• Strong UX and UI design skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variants, Components and Variables.
• Experience with large-scale design systems and design tokens.
• Ability to work with developers and align solutions with technical constraints.
• Independent ownership of tasks from definition to review.
• Ability to use AI to automate workflows without replacing product analysis and interface design.

Responsibilities

• Design new features, pages and complex multi-step user flows.
• Improve existing products based on user needs and business requirements.
• Define interface structure, logic states, error handling and edge cases.
• Create responsive designs for desktop and mobile.
• Build interactive prototypes to validate and present design solutions.
• Present and justify design decisions to the product team and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain design systems, components, variants and tokens.
• Assess impact of changes on existing user flows and components.
• Prepare designs and specifications for development.
• Support implementation, conduct design reviews and ensure UI quality.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers and QA Engineers.
• Use AI tools to automate routine tasks such as processing materials and documentation.
