This hybrid role allows remote work with in-person collaboration in Seattle once a week. You will partner with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into actionable designs, mentor others, and ensure trust and transparency in

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and enthusiastic about building software for construction accounting.
• Empathetic advocate for customers and users.
• 5+ years experience as a product/UX designer on a B2B product.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve the design system and enablement foundational for product experiences.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering from discovery through development on large features and new products.
• Translate ambiguous problems and business requirements into clear, testable design.
