Job summary

Dispatch seeks a senior product designer to own end-to-end design for custodian and data workflows at the core of how firms move and manage client data. You will define high-impact experiences, craft workflows, and transform large, messy data into readable, usable interfaces for financial advisors and their teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX, or HCI with a track record of shipping complex work end-to-end.
• Portfolio showing ownership from discovery to shipped features on real products with constraints.
• Experience designing complex, data-dense interfaces or workflow tools, not primarily consumer work.
• Meaningful contribution to a design system: components, patterns, or documentation you have owned, maintained, and championed.
• Grounding in research: plan and run usability testing and translate findings into design decisions.
• Strong ability to communicate the 'why' behind design decisions across engineering, product, and business.

Responsibilities

• Own design end-to-end for core areas of the Dispatch platform focused on custodian and data workflows.
• Lead the definition of high-impact product experiences from discovery to delivery.
• Design complex, data-dense UX for financial advisors and their teams, turning large data into legible interfaces.
• Weave new capabilities into existing workflows to keep the product coherent and scalable.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management, providing hands-on implementation guidance.
• Advocate for design as a function and contribute to building a scalable design system.
