Job summary
WhiteTech is seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft FinTech experiences across desktop and mobile. You will develop and scale design systems, tokens and component libraries while addressing complex user flows and data-heavy interfaces.
You will collaborate with Product Managers, Analysts, Developers and QA to drive solutions from problem definition to launch, using AI tools to streamline design workflows in a CET-friendly, fully remote environment.
Qualifications
- Must have commercial experience as a Senior Product Designer on launched products.
- Portfolio showing problem framing, constraints, design decisions and results.
- Experience designing complex multi-step flows, dashboards or data-heavy interfaces.
- Strong UX and UI design skills and ability to translate user needs into interfaces.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma including Auto Layout, Components, Variants and Variables.
Responsibilities
- Design new features, pages and complex multi-step user flows.
- Improve existing products based on user data and business needs.
- Define interface structure, states, error handling and edge cases.
- Create responsive designs for desktop and mobile.
- Build prototypes to validate design solutions and present to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain design systems, components, tokens and documentation.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineers and QA throughout the lifecycle.
