Job summary

Ryan, LLC is seeking a Senior UX Designer, Design Systems to own and evolve the design system powering our suite of digital tax products. You will obsess over token naming, component behavior, and documentation clarity to keep the system scalable as the product grows.

You will collaborate with engineers, product designers, and visual design to ensure patterns are grounded in real needs and accessible by all users, making design system governance a core part of your work.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product/UX design experience, with ownership of an enterprise design system

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the design system to support multiple products
• Collaborate with Engineering to translate design into code with a tight feedback loop
• Contribute to governance and ensure patterns align with visual standards
• Write clear documentation for components and patterns for engineers to build from
