Ryan, LLC is seeking a Senior UX Designer, Design Systems to own and evolve the design system powering our enterprise tax products. You’ll be the steward of tokens, components, naming, and accessibility, collaborating with engineers and product designers to scale the system across multiple products.

This craft-first role emphasizes precise documentation and a deep understanding of how design systems translate into code, with governance and collaboration across disciplines to ensure consistency

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product/UX design experience with ownership of an enterprise design system.
• Portfolio demonstrating design system thinking and execution.
• Experience translating design systems into code and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain a library of reusable components in Figma.
• Own token and variable architecture in Figma and coordinate with engineering.
• Write clear documentation for components and patterns for engineers and designers.
• Embed accessibility (WCAG/ARIA) into the system from the ground up.
