Ryan, LLC seeks a Senior UX Designer, Design Systems to own and evolve our design system powering a suite of digital tax products. You will maintain component standards, document usage, and ensure scalable practices across teams.

This craft-focused role emphasizes token naming, component behavior, documentation clarity, and collaboration with engineers to translate design into code. Portfolio required.

Competenze

• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating design system thinking and execution.
• Deep Figma expertise in variables, tokens, component properties, auto-layout, and library management.
• Solid understanding of how design systems translate into code, with working knowledge.

Mansioni

• Be the go-to authority for our design system, setting and maintaining the standard for components across the team.
• Educate and support designers on system usage, ensuring the design system is understood and consistently applied.
• Identify gaps and debt in the system, prioritizing high-impact improvements across the product suite.
• Collaborate with Engineering to translate design system components into code with tight feedback loops.
• Partner with product designers to incorporate real-world usage feedback into evolution of patterns.
• Engage with Product and Visual Design to align new patterns with real needs and visual standards.
