Job summary

Exelon is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex transmission and substation projects across multiple teams and operating areas. You will manage scope, schedule, budget and safety, guiding projects from business case through closeout.

The role requires managing budgets from $1M to $60M, advancing through capital approvals, and coordinating resources, stakeholders and contractors to achieve objectives within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 7–10 years PM experience (or 9–12 years without a degree).
• PMP certification or achieve within two years of entry.
• Proficient in planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and business case development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time and at or below budget.
• Interface with external customers; present costs and negotiate schedules.
• Coordinate with other PMs and managers for optimal resource use.
• Communicate with project sponsor and stakeholders, including executives.
