Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in construction, design, maintenance or operations.
• Scheduling/planning experience in utility or construction industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and manage work activities to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Established analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools.

Responsibilities

• Adjust planned schedules daily and assign crews for priority tasks.
• Review designed work and manage the real-time queue and exceptions.
• Coordinate equipment, prerequisites, and material requirements for work.
• Ensure the work acceptance process and site readiness.
• Communicate schedule updates to stakeholders to maximize productivity.
