Qualifications

• Five years of experience in construction, design, maintenance or operations (utility experience preferred).
• Scheduling/planning experience and ability to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools.
• Knowledge of and ability to use various computer software including Microsoft products and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Adjust planned schedules daily and assign crews for priority tasks.
• Review incoming work outside normal scheduling window and manage real-time queue.
• Coordinate equipment, prerequisites, and materials; ensure proper work acceptance and readiness.
• Triage disruptions, update schedules, communicated with leaders and crews.
• Build productive partnerships with supervisors, stakeholders and customers to maximize efficiency.
