Hybrid work is supported with onsite days for collaboration and field activity. Responsibilities include adjusting schedules, coordinating equipment, and ensuring readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or construction-related field.
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools; ability to manipulate data.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience scheduling and managing work activities in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Adjust planned schedules daily and assign crews based on resource availability.
• Review incoming work outside normal window and manage exception tasks.
• Coordinate equipment, prerequisites, and materials for on-time work.
• Ensure work acceptance, site checks, and readiness; communicate changes.
• Triage rejections and rebalance schedules to meet start dates; liaise with stakeholders.
