Job summary

Accenture is hiring a growth-focused sales professional to originate, shape, sell, and close large multi-service deals in the Utilities sector. You will engage senior client stakeholders, shape strategic pursuits, and lead differentiated, AI-enabled solutions across cloud, data, and infrastructure.

Travel ranges 25–100% based on client needs. Bachelors degree or MBA required, with a track record of quota-bearing sales and multi-year industry/domain expertise.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years experience working in the Utilities Industry.
• At least 6 years selling complex multi-functional and technology solutions.
• At least 6 years Sales Pursuit Management experience.
• Direct sales with quota in excess of $12+ Million.

Responsibilities

• Create solutions to complex business problems requiring in-depth client needs.
• Interacts with senior client stakeholders and Accenture leadership to shape pursuits.
• Defines pursuit strategies, develops client messaging, and builds executive relationships.
• Brings differentiated, industry-leading perspectives leveraging AI-enabled capabilities across technology strategy, data and AI, application development and management, and infrastructure services.
• Demonstrates strong proficiency in cloud and AI platforms to shape scalable business-driven solutions.
• Has latitude in decision-making and objectives for critical assignments.
• Operates within large teams and directs team sales activities.
