Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a seasoned Sales Capture Lead to drive AI/Cloud deals with senior client stakeholders across industries. You will originate opportunities, craft compelling value narratives, and guide deals toward substantial quotas, leveraging partnerships with Palantir, AWS, and Databricks.

The role emphasizes building pipeline, leading pursuit teams, and delivering high-impact client engagements with 25–50% travel. 8+ years in tech sales or consulting are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology sales or consulting with data/AI/cloud exposure.
• 5+ years selling into Financial Services, Communications/Media/Tech, Products, Public Sector, Health & Life Sciences, or Resources.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to and close a $15M+ annual quota.
• Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience with a meaningful quota.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with senior client stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years). If Associate’s, 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify opportunities with accountability for a $20M+ annual target.
• Develop client-facing materials, value propositions, and deal narratives with teams.
• Build relationships with key client contacts and decision-makers for Accenture AI capabilities.
• Support co-sell efforts with ecosystem partners like Palantir, AWS, or Databricks.
• Manage opportunity tracking, pipeline hygiene, and CRM reporting.
• Travel 25–50% depending on account and team needs.
