Job summary

Accenture in Illinois seeks a Growth‑focused Sales Capture Senior Manager or Associate Director to origin, shape, sell and close large, profitable deals across cloud, data and AI to deliver client value. You will lead pursuit strategies, develop client value propositions, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in selling complex technology and business solutions.
• Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in the oil and gas industry with a focus on upstream / midstream / downstream operations.
• Minimum of 6 years’ Sales Pursuit Management experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in direct sales with quota preferably in excess of $ 12+ Million.
• Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.
• Experience working with G2000 customers.
• Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management.

• Lead the development of innovative solutions to complex technology and business challenges by combining deep expertise in client needs, market trends, and emerging technologies.
• Partner with senior client executives and Accenture leaders to shape strategic opportunities, influence decision-making, and drive high-value pursuits.
• Develop and execute pursuit strategies, create compelling client value propositions, and build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Bring a differentiated, industry-leading perspective across technology strategy, Data & AI, application development and management, cloud, and infrastructure services.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in cloud and AI platforms to design scalable, business-focused solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, exercising sound judgment in defining objectives, approaches, and solutions for critical initiatives.
• Collaborate across large, cross-functional teams and lead key sales and pursuit activities to drive client and business success.
