Job summary

Accenture is seeking a growth-focused Sales Capture Senior Manager or Associate Director to originate, shape, sell, and close large, multi-service deals in the energy sector. You will leverage AI-enabled capabilities, cloud expertise, and industry knowledge to deliver scalable, business-driven solutions.

You will engage senior client stakeholders and Accenture leaders to define pursuit strategies and build executive relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in selling complex technology services.
• Minimum of 8 years’ Sales Pursuit Management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct sales with quota, preferably in excess of $15M+

Responsibilities

• Originate, shape, sell and close large deals that are profitable to Accenture and valuable to clients.
• Create solutions to complex technology business problems requiring in-depth knowledge of client needs.
• Interact with senior client stakeholders and Accenture leadership to shape and drive strategic pursuits.
